The ABC Homeopathy Forum
Homeopathic Cult???
I'm getting the feeling there is no good way to find any information on homeopathy. Absolutely nobody I have talked on this sight to has answered one of my questions with a straight answer. Makes me laugh really. I have however spoken with a registered homeopathy and was told it's all hit and miss. The more experience you have the better the guess.Heidis on 2016-11-17
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

I wouldn't say hit-and-miss, though the correct (single) remedy may be difficult to decide.
The process is quite logical, working from the totality of symptoms in an individual (not working from the diagnosis, although many homeopaths are very good diagnosticians), perhaps by observing key-notes, then comparing how the patient presents to the 'remedy picture' of the most likely choices. A good knowledge of remedies is necessary. Some approaches will also address causation - for example, has the patient been ill ever since some trauma, or ever since a vaccination.
Any two classically trained homeopaths will almost certainly decide on the same remedy.
