lack of oxygen to the brain..in young dog..

hello.. my 2 1/2 year pointer dog has always taken an excessive amount of time to get his breath back after extreme exercise.. say running fast and nonstop after low flying swallows for 15 minutes.. 30 minutes to recover..and if i let him run around too long without getting his breath back..say at doggy day care when i am not there..in the evening he becomes spaced out and staring..i think its lack of oxygen to the brain..(congestive heart problem)..i give him aconite.. but i know there are other remedies that i can give that may improve his problem long term, and would appreciate any guidance.... i think he was born with it..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Calcarea Carb 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
