Uterus mass seen 2.5x2.9

My wife age 50 years have painfully complex mass of 2.5x2.9 cm anterior lower segment of uterus.
Dr are suggesting for removal of cyst but my wife asks me homeo treatment.
Would you please help me in this case.

pl give more detail when started ,now having periods ,.food habits ,body weight,nature,temperament ,angry soft or weepy type.pain getting better and worse .
