Thick beard and moustache

Hai sir my name is Pavan age 26 but I didn't have a thick beard and moustache
Presently having a beard little hairy and moustache also lightly thick so kindly suggest me medicine and cream to have a thick beard and moustache

Pls describe your health, build.Are you an anaemic person? Has the hair been falling or it was less growth always? Are all hairs of same black color or there are some of white/grey too? Are the hairs dry/ dull or shiny?

Am 5.6 height Weight 56 age 26 and am not a anaemic my hair some times become dry and hair having some white/black healthy and strong hair but beard growth is slow at cheek side and fast at chin side mostly thickness growth is at chin side my moustache growth is fast but edges of mouth moustache is not growing well here is my pix

PAVAN: Pls take NAT MUR 6x and FERRUM PHOS 6x each once daily.
Take them for 15 days and tell if you see changes.
