Dr. Murthy or ANYONE request for continuation of treatmemt plan

My previous post is here : http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/527975/

I just received the Nat Phos salts and would like to begin treatment. Need advise as my original thread was early November at 170 pounds and now I am 180. Help me please because I am showing no signs of improvement from then until now. Actually is worse :(

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are no magic pills for weight loss. Wholesome food in restricted quantities and regular exercise is the only solution.

Try walking 10000 ft. every day, and you will see improvement in all aspects with in a month.

Dear brunstuckie

Check your prakriti at holistic online. Com and report scores.

Tastes to reduce weight are bitter pungent and astringent.

I unserstand that however I was told to take Nat Phos salts... Purchased them to homepathic treatmsnt for weight loss. Am I missing something here? I never said I was looking for a miracle. I was seaching for contiued consultation and care of my issues that were just dropped.

Also as I walked iny into this forum I placed trust. Upon further iNvestigation on my part the Bromine prescribed actually slows down the metabolism. I am wondering IF this is the cause of the additional 10 pounds. As I have really made no other lifestyle changs. Hence why I was asking for advice. Not a blanket statement that I need to walk more.
