Heel Spur/planter facitis
I would like some help with Heel spur in my right feet/Pain In right nee when walking. Have some custom made Orthotics to wear in shoes.That have wear even in home. When doing stretching exercise there is cracking noise. I have been tried Rhus tox in beginning..Then have been taking hakla lava,calc flour, cal phos and silicia since a week. I don't see any improvement. I am not sure about the medicines are very old , turned dull in color will help or not . Because of trying to avoid pain in right heel. left foot is working hard , so now pain in left foot also have started.I am a very big fan of this forum. Have got great help in past. Can not afford to visit homeopath in Canada, and is not covered under GOVT medi coverage.
I am 54 years old /perods stopped before 3 yrs. / Have been taking thyroid medication 100 mcg everyday . calcium 800 everyday as my thyroid glad was taken out in 2013.

Please take Lycopodium 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If this doesn't help take Sepia 30 in the same way and report back.

Dr Kadwa, I have taken Lyco 30 for 3 days -twice from 29,30,31 st dec. I don't see any change. so will try sepia in a week.
I just recd my x-ray report ..I am copying it FYI.
There are large calcaneal spurs on both heels. Other bony structures and joints are normal.

After lyc please continue Hekla Lava and CALC FLUOR for a month. Old medicines do work as there is no expiry date for homeopathic remedies.

I had old hekla lava 30 that is about to finish ,so I need to order online .I am using calc flour 6x . So please tell me which potency would be better for both of remedies , so I can order it. Thanks

Please don't take Hekla lava 30 and Calc Fluor 6x on same day. Take hekla lava 30 for 3 days then calc fluor 6x for 3 days and continue this cycle.

is 3 more days for 30 days, but I just wanted to ask .. I don't see any significant improvement in heel pain , but since last 2 weeks ,My roots of the nails on fingers and toes are hurting. Nails feels like vary hard and brittle.
Let me know if I need to change any remedy.

Please take Silicea 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects over 10-15 days. Please stop all other remedies.

Mr.Kadwa,
I stopped taking Silicea since couple days. My ankles has started hurting.The pain in nails root is not there.And pain in spur is more.
But I am so happy that I had a skin tag near my eye corner since 6-7 months.very hard, that turned yellow and finally threw away the pus, and skin tag is gone.
Please let me know, when to start taking Graphites ?

Dr.Kadwa, I have been taking Cal Flour 6x since 27 Feb. Sorry was not able to report earlier.
I can say feeling better maybe 20%, The heel spurs , I will be able to get x-ray in MAY when I visit India, Not able to get here in Canada without my doctors prescription.
Any other suggestions ? Should I continue same remedy or change?
