Needs urgent help

I am 30 yeras old male from Pakistan but right now i am living in brazil...it's all started 2 months ago from lower back pain... I use lot of pain killers injection then after taking antibiotic i recover from pain in lower back and legs... But after few day's another problems starts... Suddenly i feel very low as no energy in my body i can't even walk feeling very weak then i take more medicines but it's add more worrys to my life... As i feel tightness of chest sometimes shortest of breath sometimes feels some thing is burning in my chest... Sore throat... I thought i am facing gerd so i starting taking some antaacid but didnt recover then ppl amprazole but what amorazole does i start to feel the same back pain and crams in my legs again... Mostly when i lying down and i always feel bloating... Sometimes feels little bait in my chest area but for very short time.... I lost 8 kilo in the last 2 months... History of bad stomoch and smoking tobacco etc... After coming to this forum i bought arnica 3ch and looking for nat phos 6x... But don't know what's the connection of my stomoch and back pain in legs cramps... Please help me as i am out of my home country and even allopathy standard here in brazil is very low standards.. And i also feels pain in my neck left arm and upper back is well

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 3 pellets of Natrum Phos 6x before meals and Arnica 3 after meals twice a day for 15 days and see how that affects.

Nux Vomica 200 may help you in case the above protocol doesn't.
