Need Help Please

Hello,

Would appreciate any help, Thank you in advance!

Not sure where to start with my problems or don't
even have a general name for it. I will just explain
the basic, main problems and then whoever responds
can ask me questions.

I can't eat too much. I can't eat like I once could
years ago. If I eat too much, I have physical problems.
Also, if I eat certain foods it will cause these problems
or make them worse.

The physical problems are:

1.) Phlegm, or mucous, Lots of phlegm
and mucous. If there is a difference in the two, I would say
it seems more like phlegm than anything else. Phlegm NEVER
comes out of nose, it needs to be HAWKED and FORCED out through
the THROAT and MOUTH. Always that way.

2.) Throat clearing - Lots of clearing the throat through out
the day. It is SO ANNOYING. Drives me crazy and people around me.

3.) Nausea - Feel sick, feel nauseated, like heartburn and burning.
The location can be like in between the stomach and the chest. Not
sure if that would be abdomen or what? Usually feel it there or
sometimes up to the chest. Just a sick feeling.

4.) Throat and Esophagus - Tightness, constriction, narrowness,
difficulty in swallowing sometimes, like a piece of food can get
stuck there. All these symptoms become more noticeable the more I
eat and become worse the more I eat.

5.) Trouble Sleeping - Can't eat late at night, causes trouble
sleeping. Mainly the heartburn and burning that I described
above listed in #3 will get worse. Also, phlegm increases. So,
lying down after any meal will cause that to happen or get worse.
I have to not eat anything about 2 to 3 hours before sleeping so that
will not happen. Or else the burning will keep me up. However, I
NEVER get a good night's sleep. Meaning, when I wake up, I NEVER
feel refreshed. IT IS SO HARD FOR ME TO WAKE UP.
