pelvic adhesion and utero sacral ligament

I need a remedy for breaking down adhesion.
I had a hysteroscopy NOT hysterectomy but a hysteroscopy where they enter through abdomen and look at uterous and surrounding organs and also go up through the cervix and look inside the uterous. Had this two months ago. The reason was because I have had five years of chronic pain (in groin and low back) and pulling sensation ( In front) in my left lower quadrant. The findings: My left ovary is adhered to my pelvic sidewall AND my uterosacral ligament is thickened and coated with endometriosis. This is all caused by endo they think. They could not do anything durring the exporatory-only surgery. The recommended I remove the ovary and get the adhesions removed from my utero sacral ligament. I am trying to avoid surgery. Two months later I got my period and it has not stopped and I am on day 15 of a very heavy period. My normal periods are 7 days and only 2 of those are heavy. This is 15 days of haeavy every day. I am 49 years of age 5'5" and 158 pounds. 20 of those pounds were gained in the last 5 years. Ok here are my questions:

1)) I heard that thiosinimum and silicea6x will help break down adhesions. Is this true?

2) will either of those recipes keep me bleeding? I am trying to stop my period because it has been so heavy! (Currently taking shepards purse to try to stop it)

3) I heard castor oil packs after applying DMSO and aloe vera is helpful. Anyone know about this? I wonder if it could penetrate as deep as the utero sacral ligament and the ovary, Read about it on Listen to your gut website found googling "DMSO and castor oil"

Thanks for any advice you have for me!
Peace
