Water is always out from eyes

Water is always out from my two eyes.
No pain on eyes.

Alopathic Dr says Lachrymal fistula closed in my eyes.

Pls give me remedy to be cured

Please take Vipera 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days. Use Sulphur 30 and Euphrasia 30 one by one if Vipera couldn't help.
