Excessive yawning with tightness in stomach

For the past ten years my solar plexus area gets tight and i can't get a deep breath in. Then I start yawning excessively which relives it. But there are many times I can not yawn, so i have to rely on cell salts to help. It Gets worse from heavy lifting, eating, not eating, exercise and anxiety. Eating a large amount of food helps and so does yawning, deep breathing and drinking water. I use cell salts nat phos, mag phos, Ferr phos and kali phos to help. Arsenicum helps too in a 10m. I have taken arsenicum twice in the last 6 month, but it keeps coming back. I would appreciate any advice on how to make this go away. permanently

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Ignatia 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If this doesn't help take Sulphur 200 and Plumbum Met 200 one by one in the same way.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Twice a day??

I have seen sensitive people be prescribed ignatia 200 once a day for 3 days and it was right remedy but they were tired, emotional and could not go to work for 2 weeks.

I would suggest if you start to react to any doses of any suggestions, you stop at that dose bc the remedy is working and can work for some time,
And you need to track your response.
No need to have major aggravation,
Especially if you are sensitive.
