Dr plz suggest me remedy for my mother skin problems

Age 40
She is suffering from this skin problems with last 20 year.
Skin becomes black in both hands infected part.
It itches all time..
Tried to many products

Please give her the following remedies twice a day for 3 days one by one and see which remedy works well.
Sulphur 30
arsenic alb 30
Belladonna 30
Nux Vomica 30

One dose means 2 pills.
