Please advise for 5 year olds recurrent ear infections and strep throat

My 5 year old boy keeps getting frequent ear infections and if they are not ear infections they turn it to be strep throat. He is on antibiotics every other month. What homeopathy remedies can we try to treat his infections as soon as he starts a cold or cough? Please advise. Also let us know where to buy? Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give him one dose Sulphur 30 in the morning.
Do not use antibiotics after sulphur.
No sour food and drinks till treatment is over.
Do not use more than one dose.
Update after 3 days.
You can buy medicine from any homeopathic pharmacy.

Thank you very much. Can we give this medicine once the symptoms begin or even after the infection is there? He completed one course of antibiotics last week but still looks like the infection hasn't gone. Do we need to dilute it in something or give straight away. I'm new to this so appreciate your advise. Thanks again!

If the medicine is in liquid form put a drop in half a cup of mineral water, stir well and give him to drink the entire amount. If in globules you can give it direct. Do not let him eat or drink anything 15 minutes before and after taking medicine.
