Please take Causticum 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.
If this doesn't help take Lycopodium 200 and Phosphorus 200 one by one in the same way.

Hi...I went to Kent's rubrics and checked the following...
Head..Motions of head..Involuntary.
Extremities..Pain..Sore / Bruised..Sole
Genitalia male..Sexual passion...Diminished..without erection
Mind..Fear ...of Insanity
Mind...Anxiety with Fear.
There is only one remedy that covers ALL of these symptoms and that is...
Alumina
In my opinion Alumina would be a remedy best suited to you.
I would suggest Alumina 200C..
Take a 750 ml bottle and put 500 ml of distilled water into it...add 3 pellets of Alumina 200C and shake well.
Take a shot glass full of your Alumina solution 3 times a day for 3 days...hold each mouthful in your mouth for a minute before swallowing...it absorbs better that way. After 3 days...Stop...wait 2 weeks and see how you feel...if you feel improvement ...do Nothing...let the remedy run it's course...only repeat if you feel yourself slipping back....if symptoms change or there is no change then repost for further instructions.
Note...before you pour out your solution..shake the bottle well each time...store it away from sunlight and heat...in a fridge is fine.
Stay away from coffee and alcohol..and Nothing to eat or drink a half hour before and after taking the remedy...
Do not use aluminum pots for cooking or drink beverages from aluminum cans. Ever!
Be patient...Alumina can take a bit of time to take hold and react.
