Obstruction help!

My sister is at the hospital with an intestinal obstruction. .. she has a tube in her nose and can't ear anything but I think she can take homeopathic pellets.

Is there a remedy for obstructions?

How it caused

In 1993 she had a surgery where they opened up her whole stomach up to her navel (remove ovarian c). Since then she has been prone to obstructions. She had a surgery in 1994 to fix the obstruction and was hospitalized with tubes in 2008 or so, and that fixed the issue that time.

Right now she has a tube in her nose down to her intestines to push fluids I guess.
She has mild pain and nausea.

give plumbum met 30 2drops in some water give frequently every 15 minutes..
