i am male 40 year old. my symptoms perineum pain,frequently urination,urethral pain,weak stream.any treatment please

Hello doctor deoshlok sharma, You are doing a great job, thanks a lot for your reply. as advise by you i have take mag.phos 3x tab. three times a day. mag.phos. do very goog work.after this taking perineum pain gone.inflamation of perineum gone.but i feel slightely pain on my head on haed after taking mag.phos. 3x.other medicine you advise me berberis vul.6c. i am living in pakistan. here in pakistan berberis vul.6c not available. here only 3x, 6x and 200 potencies available. please doctor deoshlok sharma help me what i do. i am waiting your reply.
