Facing Anxiety/Depression with Zero Motivation

I am patient of Depression, Anxiety and panic disorder, i got first attack of severe depression before 12-13 years and then i took medicines Depex and sleeping pils, after taking 1-2 months i was OK, and then i left medicines.

I got second attack in 2007 when i was in Dubai, i was doing job there, and due to depression i had to quit this job and came back to karachi, then i started my medicine again and after 1-2 months i was cured.

In the period of 2008-2015 i was all right and in this period i got married and i have 2 daughters.

In the starting of 2016 i again got depression and Anxiety that time i also had panic disorders (pain in left chest) i was treated with psychologist Dr Naeem, Agha Khan Hospital, and since last year i am regularly taking medicines, and two months before Dr replaced Depex to VENICE 75 capsules (Venlafaxine), also taking Mirtizep 15mg in night.

With this medicine i am 70% Ok.

I am also taking hoemopathic medicne sinch last 15 days from locol doctor but not feeling 100% good.

It would be great if you can suggest me any hoemopathic medicne for depression and anxiety / panic attack.

What i am facing right now:

Feeling Anxiety all the time day.
Fear of my work and Fobia
Zero Motivation
Not able to taking any pressure.
Panic disorder/ little chest pain

Best Regards

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Homeopathic treatment is not going to suddenly make you feel 100 percent good this quickly .

You will have to start to safely reduce the allopathic meds little by little. And then rely on the homeopathic meds which
May change prescription as you withdraw from allopathic.
The homeopathic meds may bring up past states of anxiety and depression that were suppressed by allopathic meds.

You have to bear with this showing up for brief amounts of time because the body is releasing what was covered up from the other drugs.

If you are going to a homeopath you trust in person this is the best way. This is a complicated treatment and requires
Expert experience.

Your dr should be explaining this to you.
Managing your withdrawal from drugs while
Prescribing homeo meds at same time is what has to happen.
Would research homeo drs who have experience managing
This-and see them in person .

The homeo remedy for you is chosen based on many things.

Things such as never well since? Where the remedy
Matches what went on when this first appeared,
From trauma, illness, loss? And it can also be chosen
Based on your "individual" mental likes and

Among other things- your individual case has to be taken with details- the remedy has to be the right match.
This is NOT like allopathic where you find
"Depression" remedies-

You are already taking allopathic and a homeo med-meds can have interactions that make things worse.

This forum is for discussion- there are only
About 3 real homeopaths on here-
Anyone can suggest anything and may know
Very little. You need a real homeopath to help you.
