Life is getting harder

rheumatism and stiffness and great weakness in the body after long erections , masturbation and sex .
started masturbating at the age of 13, now i am 23 , now in these 10 years , i might have masturbated a total of more than 1000 times , sometimes 3-4 times a day .
that caused great weakness in the body .
a few years ago i left the habit because i was in sports and you need to save your stamina for the game .

now i occasionally masturbate but even that causes great weakness , seems like there is no strength left in the body .

weakness in whole body .
my knees make cracking sounds and knees feel very weak after masturbating.

excessive back pain after masturbating and exhaustion of back .
pain looks tired and old after masturbating .

all body pains get better with heat and warm applied .

No problems in erection and sex . ejaculation is a bit early , but second time , i last longer .

i get easily excited by even a thought of a girl or an image , i get erections . sexual passion is high but body is very very weak .

i don't feel the energy and enthusiasm I once had

I was very fit and energetic before , can i get that strength back ?
