sneezes, nose and throat irritation with phlegm
hii am 40 , my early mornings are always sick and a day starts with lot of sneezes with irritation in nose and throat.
running nose.
inside of my nose is a lot of sensitive, any small touch on my nose results in sneezes and running nose for long.
if soap enters nose by mistake , till afternoon the sneezes dont reduce.
agarbathi smell or tadka smell irritates my nose like anything.
my digestive system is healthy, i run to complete my morning stool within 5 minutes of i wake up.
the running nose and all other sickness will subside during day, like from 11 am. I mean to say my breathing is normal.
recently i noticed that i am awakening mid of sleep at 3/4 am for toilet , all above symptoms start and my sleep is lost.
my family history has no such symptoms. i will try removing milk products out of my diet(milk/curd) and observe for a week.
could comeone confirm if arsalb 3x will be of some help for me
