Seeking remedy/dose recommendations for chronic bacterial vaginosis

Having tried numerous allopathic and integrative therapies over the last 18 months, I would like to experiment with homeopathy. Primary symptom is thin, watery discharge with strong amine odor; there is also some light vaginal irritation and constriction/slight achiness in the pelvis. Emotional aspects include fear, worry about health. In searching for possible remedies I have come across sepia, nitric acid, and sanicula aqua as possible candidates. Can anyone help me distinguish between these and advise me re. dosing? Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Sepia 200 or 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.
If this doesn't help take Hepar Sulph in the same way and report back.

Thank you so much--I really appreciate your reply. Can I just dissolve the pellets under my tongue or should they be taken in water? (I'm planning to buy from the homeopathystore, which also offers a liquid spray.)

Edited to add: ~9 years ago I received a constitutional diagnosis of staphysagria. I don't know if such a diagnosis remains static over time, but the profile still resonates with me. Should I consider a constitutional remedy as well? Thank you again!

Let one or two pellets dissolve under the tongue. This constitutes one dose.

Staphysagria has a comprehensive range of action. You may start with Staphysagria 200 and then move to other remedies on need.

Thank you so much--I appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions. I have an appointment with a local homeopath next week, but it is wonderful to be able to come here for additional information.

ETA: My symptoms improved while taking a homeopathic patent formula containing belladonna, but, tonight I notice that the odor/irritation have returned.

The sepia arrived this evening, so I won't be able to take two doses today. I hope that's ok!
