Aggravation, good or bad?

I'm in treatment with a homeopath, I can't contact him at the moment because of Christmas holidays. So I thought I'd post here for some advice.

I was prescribed Nat Mur 1M for a chronic condition. I took one dose about a month ago. I didn't notice much for my digestive symptoms, but my mental symptoms improved a bit. After a follow up I was told to take a second dose of Nat Mur 1M two weeks after the first dose, which I did. At first I didn't experience any symptoms, but then 2 weeks after taking the second dose I started experiencing a lot of digestive and sinus symptoms. None of these are new symptoms, but I haven't had them for a while. It's been 4 days of these symptoms so far, and still going.

I'm just wondering if this is a good sign? It took two weeks before I reacted, so I assume it's not a bad reaction? But I'm not really sure. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Thanks :)

Thanks. I'm not taking anymore Nat Mur, only the 2 doses. I have to take Phos 200C in a weeks time. I have been extra thirsty over the last few days, so I have been drinking a lot more water than normal. I'll make sure I continue to drink more water.

The aggravation has started up again. I haven't taken anymore Nat Mur. I felt better for a couple of days over the weekend and then I started to feel sick again. Is it normal for an aggravation to come and go?
