Regarding AlfaAlfa

Hello sir,

Someone suggested me to take AlfaAlfa for my weakness.

Request you to please suggest which is more effective, AlfaAlfa mother tincture or AlfaAlfa tonic ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Tonic will contain other ingredients also while alfalfa tincture will contain only alfalfa. You may take both one by one and see for yourself which one helps better.

Also please confirm me Alfalfa tonic this acts like a multivitamin ? If so, should I stop taking my multivitamin capsules(becadexamin) along with Alfalfa ?

You may reduce the dose of multivitamin if it is not to be taken compulsorily.
There won't be any adverse interactions between multivitamins and alfalfa.
