Constant Nausea, 6 year old boy

My 6 yr old boy had nearly constant nausea for nearly one month from december end to January end. Ondem syrup and Lanzol did not ease the nausea at all. Eventually after a 15 day dose of Sucralfate syrup, the nausea lessened and stopped.
This nausea has started again since last 3 days.
Typically he wakes up in the morning and says he is feeling nausea, this continue in the school van and all through lunch. In the afternoon he feels fine and then again when he lays down for sleeping at night, he complains of nausea.
Apetite is absolutely normal. He wants to eat even when he is feeling nausea.
Sipping water helps a little bit.
IF I ASK HIM TO DESCRIBE HOW HE IS FEELING, HE SAYS IT FEELS AS IF HIS THROAT IS FULL OF VOMIT.
Feels temporarily better by burping. But is not burping or passing gas frequently.
He only feels nausea but has never actually vomited even once.
He only passes stools once every two or three days. (this has always been so)
Please suggest treatment. This is beginning to affect his confidence.
