Pain

Hi,
I am 44 years old, female, teacher, live in Canada.
I am experiencing a recurring symptom of trigeminal neuralgia on the right side of my face. The homeopath cured it with Ferrum Phos 6x once a week. It took a while but it was cured.

The nerve pain is back again for the past one month. Right side of the face. Starts from in front of the ear and spreads to the ear, cheek, gums, eyes, head, tongue, etc.
Worse: from cold (food, drink, air) and sleeping on the right side. Better: heat.
It is a throbbing pain, nerve pain.
I am taking Ferrum Phos 6x once a week and it is helping very little so far.
I do not bite my teeth in my sleep, I usually breathe from my mouth.
What should I do?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try taking mag phos 6x 3 tabs along with ferrum phos 6x 3 tabs, 4 times a day for 3 days. You can dissolve these in a few tablespoons of warm water and drink it. Report after 3 days.

Thank you for your recommendation.
I think when I take Mag Phos 6x, then my mouth becomes irritated. Should I take it anyways?
I also take Kali Phos 6x regularly. Can I combine Kali Phos 6x with that combination?

Thanks.

Are you taking the mag phos and dissolving the tabs on your tongue?
If you are, perhaps dissolved in water and swallowing quickly will avoid
Irritation?

Yes you can add the kali phos in- but how often do you take Kali Phos?
As too much will start irritating the nerves.

I tried taking mag phos by dissolving on my tongue.
Upon your recommendation, I will dissolve it in water.

I take Kali Phos 6x sometimes once a week for weakness.

Do you know why my nerves are irritated? I did experience a lot of stress in the past month.

Ok, then add in the kali phos with the mix.
Often when stressed , people hold stress in the jaw and neck muscles -
They get tight and will impede nerve flow. You might
Consider getting a qualified shiatsu massage ( they work the spine with clothes on- look up shiatsu associations) or acupressure massage-
These massages free up the muscles and nerves, afterwards
You really become aware of how much tension you are holding, thinking it is normal.

Today is my third day taking the combination and I feel a little of bit improvement. I will report to you tomorrow.

My inner right cheek is inflammed/sore and sensitive to touch. My entire right cheek and gums are sore and sensitive to touch.
Is it supposed to be like that when I have this problem of the nerve?

Add in calc phos and ferrum phos to the mix. They are for gum soreness.
You may want to have the dentist check the gum issue to see if it is from a tooth or actual gum problem. Keep taking the mix for a few more days.

Hello,

I just realized that I do not have trigeminal neuralgia.

I see a large blister/pimple on the inside of my right cheek that has been causing all the pain.
I did a mouth rinse with coconut oil and it helped a little.
What can I take in tissue salts?

Thanks.

Nat phos, kali phos, kali mur and Nat Mur.
You can make the mix and sip 4 times a day.
You can also make a paste and put directly on the blister-I know it will not stay there long , but it will increase effect of the salts. Try also rinse with warm salt water.

Hi,

The blister situation is going away. I have also tried coconust oil pulling and that helped a lot with the pain. However, my gums are really swollen and sometimes are red or white.

The inner linning of my mouth (right side) becomes inflammed and grey when I eat anything hot or spicy.

What can I take for my swollen gums?

How can I know if I have gum infection?

Thanks.

Hi,

You really have to go to the dentist and find out facts.
Sometimes, they have to clean out plaque between
Teeth and gums. Then the blood flow works and gums
Get healthy. Remedies can help but they will not dissolve the plaque,
So please get checked to see a real time diagnosis.

I will see my dentist in two days. I did get the plaque removed two months ago and got a thorough cleaning of my gums and teeth.
What tissue salts can I take for swollen and painful gums? My gums are pale pink or almost white. Also my right cheek hurts.
Please help.
Thanks.
