Alzheimer

My wife is 67 years old. On her family runs Alzheimer, her mother , father and brother have it, ans she is scare about it. She does not have it but, can she take anything right to counter attack?

Please, I would appreciate any suggestion.

Body weight is 135
Shi is a female
Her Height is 1.4 meter
Age is 67
BP is around 135/55
Last menstrual was when she was 55 and lasted 3 days
Daily diet is vegetarían, but not 100%
about 1.5 lt
Digestion problems, she is lactose intolerent
No mood swings
With sleep, she wakes up middle of night and has difficulty going back to sleep
No issue with weight

If female, Last Menstrual Period, How long it stays.
When you wake at morning
When yo go to bed
What you do
What's your daily diet
How much water you drink everyday
Any Digestion issue
Any mood swing
Any issue with sleep
Any issue in gaining/losing weight.
