Hello, I am interested in knowing if there is something I can use for the sleepiness I often feel especially when I am in meetings or discussions. I find myself feeling a heaviness,and dullness on the front of my mind and eyes, and can not find to reason and blank of what to say or can't contribute to opinions or ideas actively. While I am trying to listen, I have my mind otherwise preocuppied. When I finally speak up, my ideas seem to not make much of sense and rather short. Once I get up and get moving I feel better though but regret that I was not able to engage. Please suggest anything that can help.

When you wake at morning. Drink coffee, eat light breakfast
When yo go to bed. Shower before bedtime a must, I feel overwhelmed and hot, and fatigued if I do not shower.
What you do
What's your daily diet. I eat healthy, just about everything.
How much water you drink everyday. 1 to 1.5 liters
Any Digestion issue. Some ocassional bloating. Need to eat small meals.
Any mood swing. Things are not where I feel they should be but take one day at a time.
Any issue with sleep. Sleep ok.

Hello, I keep a log of my intake. Tge following is from last week for example.

Breakfast: coffee, eggs, toast with almond butter. Lunch: chicken breast, rice and vegetables. Dinner: salmon, pasta and vegetables. Water.

Breakfast: coffee, oatmeal and toast. Lunch: turkey, vegetables, corn bread ice tea/water. Dinner: chicken quesadillas and avocado. Ice tea.

Breakfast: coffee, potatoe/egg taco. Lunch: chicken enchiladas, rice and beans, Tea/water. Dinner: Cereal.

Breakfast: coffee, egg omlet with tofu and feta cheese. Lunch: beef enchiladas, rice and beans, tea/water. Dinner: Salmon, rice and vegetables.

Breakfast: yogurt with granola.
Lunch: chicken breast, rice and beans. tea/water. Dinner: Thin Pizza with pepperoni and cheese

Breakfast: coffee, pancakes with blueberries.
Lunch: Salmon, rice and vegetables, tea/water.
Dinner: Beef Fajitas, avocado and salad.

Breakfast: coffee, potatoe/egg taco. Lunch: Chinese food, chicken/vegetables/rice.Tea/water. Dinner: Pasta/marinara sauce.

I missed to include that snacks in between were of a piece of fruit. Ex pineapple, apples, watermelon, oranges, and bananas.

Is there any problem with your sleep/menstruation period.

Active, 3 times a week

Follow this:
1.Exercise daily in the evening or walk for about 45 min in evening.
2.Take 4tab of Kali Phosphorica 6x at bedtime daily for 2 weeks.
Feedback thereafter.
Keep clear gap of 20 min before or after the medicine. Don't eat anything in this period.
Avoid Camphor.and Coffee but can take tea.

Good afternoon Dr. Basu,

I have been meaning to check back but got very busy. I tried the recommenadations and seemed to work but only minimal. What I noticed, is that I am fine initially into a conversation, but then loose terrible interest and start getting sleepy and very drained/tired, then my brain feels like it goes into a haze. At that point I need to force myself to stay awake and interested. Please help, this happens when I meet people or may be in important meetings. Thank you.
