Severe Armpit Odor after sweating

Hello expert honorable doctors.

This thing started 6-8 months ago even n winter ,

Every time i sweat because its hot or im under stress , my armpits start getting really stinky.

It's roughly a mix of garlic onion and its putrid.

I'm always feeling hot and I need constant fan facing my face and body.

I think sometimes i get hot flashes too.(I am not sure what exactly they are called but sudden waves of heat even doing small physical work)

ANy help advice is very much appreciated.

SULPHUR SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE ODOR.
IS THERE NO DIFFERENCE IN THE INTENSITY?
START KALI PHOS 6X , 5 TABS THREE TIMES A DAY .
FEEDBACK EVERY 4 DAYS.

no sir no difference in intensity and to be honest i was focussed more on the other itch issue ( you are aware of) so i was not look at this odor issue...

but during all this sulphur 1m , odor is same now.

ill take cell salt kali phos yes sir thank you sir

I'm not a homeopath or anything but I have the same problem and I use magnesium oil under my arms and notice when I use it i don't have smelly sweat.

Pl take Merc Sol-200 6 pills twice a day for one week and then give feedback

DR Anuj, tried Kali Phos 6x for 4 days 3 times a day.
No difference.

Mommamisty i dont have that oil.

CONTINUE KP,IN ADDITION A DOSE OF SULPHUR 1M BE TAKEN.

dear doctor...
so update of the situation...

its going down very very very very slowly...maybe weather is cooling down i dont know.
i did not take a dose of sulphur yesterday...but i will today...

the odor is suddenly gone...strangly 2-3 days NO ODOR...ZERO !!!

ill take a dose today and continue 3-4 more doses sir.

sir the odor is back.
its lesser than before ( again maybe the weather is cooler)

i waited
now its intermittent...sometimes its very low.
sometimes zero. sometimes its high.

i will continue treatment.

my status update is late because im trying to give it sometime to do it work.
