Adaptive muscle shortening

Hi, id like to know if homeopathy has any cure for adaptive muscle shortening? My grandma, 64, developed this painful condition due to her poor posture. Now her abdominal muscles are short and painful and shes unable to stand erect. We tried massages but that worsens her pain and causes some swelling as well. She refuses to try allopathic treatment. My father knows a little about homeopathy and had already tried rhus toxecodendrum, magnesium phosphoricum, kali carbonicum, bellis perennis, arnica montana, bryonia alba (all in 200c potencies). Rhus and arnica gave her some relief earlier but this time her pain isint reducing. Is homeopathy of any help in her case?
