Need help with Klebsiella

I'm a 24 yr old male, moderately working. I was diagnosed with Klebsiella Pneumoniae in stool culture and I have been having loose stool and even lost 7 kgs till now. I have already gone through antibiotic treatment (sulbactam) but no effect and then i even started to have problems with urine. I was prescribed 2 tabs each of Calc Phos 6x, Ferr ph 6x, Kali Ph 12x, Nat Ph 6x and Kali mur 6x - 6 times daily for 3 month, it did gave me relief with urine but my stool is still loose and due to Nat Ph 6x i was loosing weight too. So please please kindly suggest me your expert medicine here.

I'm having loose bowels along with some food particles in it. And my urine flow is also not that smooth. I'm already lactose intolerant, when i eat anything sweet i get terrible diarrhea along with skin bumps and now even im allergic to gluten also. Due to my interrupted urine flow my left kidney is also a bit swollen which was seen in the dopler/sonography test recommended by my doc. And i have come to know its all because of that klebsiella bacteria, so please suggest me some proper medicine

Take phosphorus 200c three doses at gap of 10 minutes on first day on empty stomach
No meal 30 minutes prior and after medicine..
solidago virgaurea Q thrice a day 15 drops in ½ cup of water..

Please follow

• Medicines should be taken at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to or after a meal.
• abstain from camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
• allowed medicine to remain on the tongue for a long time.
• Never touch the medicine with bare hands.
medicines should not be taken after smoking or drinking, if possible it should be avoided

Take phosphorus only first day and from next day only solidago.
Do reply about the condition after 4 days..

If pharmacist dispenses your medicine in pallet then take 1 pallet as one dose if in globules then take 4 globules..
