problem itching, swelling, redness

i have problem since last 3 year,
1)every summer
2) when heat little bit increase in my body, all season( expl. more tea or heat related i eat or drink )
3) swelling (inflaming) penis gland, overall urticaria
4) itching
5)Redness(inflaming) penis gland

FERRUM PHOS 12X AND SILICEA 12X, FIVE TABS OF EACH FROM DAY 2 THREE TIMES A DAY.

as your prescription, i got all medicine.... little bit relief

1) penis gland,swelling is relief 20 to 30 %

2)itching almost relief, but sometime

3)before swelling, than removing skin (not big amount ) but suddenly can temperature of penis surround area, it hot can be running

4) swelling like, wet chili pest applying on body

dear sir,

last night i was sleeping in bed , temperature is cold because rainy season running, i cover my boy for cold.... but suddenly i weak up after 5 hours, when i filling hot in only penis surround part, only that part not whole and (swelling like, wet chili pest applying on body)
