cough that stops during sleep

Hi,
My 2 children have lingering cough after fever. They have it on and off during day and evening.
However, once they fall asleep, the cough stops.
Is that manganum?

I don't know the whole case, so I can't confirm the remedy is manganum, but sulphur is often used in finishing acute cases.

Thank you Tui, I am just wondering if there is a single remedy for that symptom? Even if it's the beginning of their cough most of my kids stop coughing once they are asleep...
