OCCUPATION: studiying

PRESENT ISSUE:lecurrhoea since one month (white creamy) some times itching in vagina



{If Female: (periodic system details, regular/ irregular/ painful/ color/ profuse /scanty /if smelly/ sticky/ acidic/ profuse etc. )periods regular and normal



FEELs: (chilly /hot /normal etc.)? normal



STOMACH: , bloted abdomen

DESIREs: spicy foods

Aversions: (bitter /spicy etc.)? bitter



PAST HISTORY: thyroyd(hypothyroid)

Family History: father- diabetic

THIRST: less

URINE: frequent

STOOL: some times constipation, three or four times to pass stool a day

SWEAT: normal

SLEEP: normal



SKIN: (dry/ oily /cracks /nodes/ /moles /any type of skin disease if now or sometime before etc.)? Dry

NATURE: (nervous /abusive / imaginative /mild / weeping tendency/ shy /jolly /unhappy /jealous /busy/ anxiety etc.)? weeping tendency,tension sensitive

TWO WEEKS ACK U HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED MEDICINES FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND AGAIN YOU HAVE INITIATED THIS POST.
