Severe LV systolic dyfunction

Hello,

My mother aged 60+ years diagnosed with dilated LA/LV with EF 30% on June 27th 2018, she is a diabetic, high BP and was taking metformin and dilgem 30mg tables to control diabetic and high bp.

June 25th 2018

Miral Vale: MAC+
Aortic Vale: Calcific
TRICUSPID: Normal
PULMONARY VALE: Normal
Left ATRIUM: 4.2 cm
LEFT VANTRICLE: EDD 5.8cm, ESD 4.9cm, PW1.0 cm, EF30%, FS 14%
RIGHT ATRIUM: Normal
Right VENTRICLE: Normal
I.V.S: 0.9 cm intact
I.A.S: Intact
AORTA: 2.8 CM
PULMONARY ARTERY: Normal
AORTA MITRAL CONTINUITY: Present
PERICARDIUM: Normal

Conclusion:
PBF 0.9 m/s, E0.5 m/s, A0.9 m/s, ABF 2.3 m/s
Dilated LA/LV
Calcific Aortic Valve with Increased Gradient
Global LV Hypokinesia
Severe LV Systolic Dyfunction
Sever MR
Mild TR / Mod PAH
Mild IVC Plethora
No LA / LV clot / Pericardial effusion

She was getting shortness of breath after going to washroom for sometime and was again normal. visited cardiologist, doctor started medication but after 1 day this was agrevated and she was admitted in hospital for a day. They said there's some fluid in lungs and will be cleared by some injection. Next day is Ok and they started the medication and also giving nebuliazer.

They also done angio test and found one artery with 70% block and doctor can be controlled with medicines.

After discharge from hospital she is on below medicines:
1. Lasix 40 mg daily 2 times
2. Syp Potklor 10 ml daily once
3. Vymada 50mg daily once
4. PAN 40 daily once
5. Deplatt 75 mg daily once
6. Ecospring 150mg daily once
7. Nikoran 5mg daily twice
8. Nitrocontin 2.6 mg daily twice
9. Storvas 20 mg daily once
10. Cetapin-XR daily 3 times
11. Lantus (insulin) daily 10 units

We also started homeopathy medicines:

crataegus oxyacantha 20 drops morning and evening
Adel 44 15 drops morning and evening
Adel 43 15 drops morning and evening
SBL Tonicard 20 drops morning and evening
R22 20 drops morning and evening
Lurocerasus 30 5 drops daily morning

After a month review with doctor, 2d scanning report below

July 25th 2018

AORTA: 2.7 CM
PULMONARY ARTERY: Normal
AORTA MITRAL CONTINUITY: Present

Conclusion:
PBF 0.8 m/s, MV-0.9 m/s, ABF 1.2 m/s
Dilated LA/LV
Severe LV Systolic Dyfunction
Mod MR systolic function
Mil TR / Mild PAH (RVSP - 40 mm hg)
IVC 50% collapsing
No LA / LV clot / Pericardial effusion

Cardiologist asked to continiue the same medicines and said there's little improvement.

Hemeopathy medicines added.

digitalis 4 drops daily morning
R58 20 drops daily morning and evening
R57 5 drops daily once

After 2 weeks she got little shortbreath and visited cardiologist he has added below medicines:

1. Dytorplus once daily
2. AB Phylline twice daily
3. Nebulizer 2 times daily

after 3 days she has become normal.

after 2 weeks we took 2d scanning again the EF is 33%

Currently her appetite is low but she is eating rice, chapatis, Umpa. She is able to walk and she is active.

I have read some article says EF can be improved to more than 40% using homeopathy.Please help us in getting the right treatment for my mother.

My mother 2D report says severe LV Systolic Dyfunction, doctors said heart is not pumping enough blood and EF is 33% now. This causing forming water in the lungs and cause for shortness of breath. EF was 30% in the month of June 2018 and slowly increased to 33%.

Doctors said it's heart failure

Heart and all the other organs are intact

c. Sensation ( eg. sharp pain, stubbing, dull, throbbing, etc)
She was having some pain in the chest bones initially, doctors it's because of lungs having water and severe broncho

d. Causation

2. When did it all start?
All this started in the month of June 2018. Last year November 2017 she has chikungunia and she was on antibiotics and pain killers for joint pains.

3. Are there any changes in your mental /emotional state since your illness?
She is taking lots of medicines and she is sometimes irritated.

4. Describe anything that makes the problem worse (ie. position, temperature, food etc. )
She has ORS recently, this because she has some loose motions and doctors prescribed to take ORS. After having ORS she got shortness of breath. Even when is emotional and stress she gets shortness of breath.

When she walks she gets shortness of breath but when sits/ ly down and relax the shortness of breath goes slowly.

Please start with the following remedies;

Adonis vernalis mother tincture 10 drops twice daily

Strophanthus hispidus mother tincture 10 drops twice daily

Carbo veg 30c twice daily

Report back any changes.
