Pilonidal cyst/ sinus
My name karan age 24,weight 90kgs.i am suffering from pilonidal cyst. From last one yearCan any doctor help me please.

Pl take
1. Silica-1m 6 pills on first day at bed time (only one dose of 6 pills)
Next Day : No medicine
Then Start
2. Hepar Sulph-200 6 pills morning
3. Merc Sol-200 6 pills evening
Pl take above treatment (2 and 3) for one week and then give reply.

a) Pilonidal Cyst- From last 4-5 years. It is diagnosed now as it was started exuding one month back. There is numbness, swelling, itching, fluid discharge (water type). It aggravates after prolong sitting and driving. Usually pain and exuding starts at night.
b) Gallstones: USG done on 29-sept-2018 shows 7.5 mm multiple Gallstones. There is no pain till now.
c) Kidney Stones: Left kidney stone of 5.4 mm. There is no pain till now.
d. Acidity and constipation.
e. Weak long distance eyesight and premature grey hair.
f. can’t sit for long time as nerves get strained and become restless.
e.In the last 1 year: tooth abscess. Can’t stand for long time in day sunlight especially in summer because it results in pain in the head, acidity.
h.In the last 5 years: Chillblains, high fever, frequent cold and cough, premature graying of hair.
i.In the last 10 years: urine infection, high fever with the loss of WBC (white blood cells), weak eyesight till now.
these are the overall symptoms and diseases that I'm grappling with.
Any other information required sir ?

Taken abovesaid medicine. Now no dischage. But in morning it looks ok but in the evening it looks something filled in that area. Again after lying in night and morning seems to be ok. Watching same process. Sometime a little pain on pressing by finger. Suggest me

atfer taking silica 1M. and followed by abovemedicine. The condition is as follow :- itching and mild pain on sitting and on pressing by hand.No dischage now.
