Black Spot/ecchymosis
i am 32 year old male. Fallen from motorbike some 4 years ago. Shoulder/back injury. Since then black spot has occured on my back just below my left shoulder(approx 2 cm X 3cm). Had taken allopathy painkiler medicines at that time to recover from pain. But did not recovery fully. whenever i am doing some heavy work with my left hand, muscle pain starts on my whole left hand and shoulder. This also happens when there is sudden change in weather/wind. i feel relax when someone massage that area or with the help of some ointment like volini/iodex/move.Kindly help by suggesting suitable remedy.

Pain has reduced in shoulder and hand. But muscle pain is still there in affected area. Also, black spot is still there.
i am applying arnica cream on black spot/affected area. Should i stop doing that.
Should i continue taking the Causticam ??

stop applying arnica
apply hot and cold fomentation one at a time
and continue causticum 30 for 5 days more. then stop it

Pain is significantly reduced. Although some time i feel that muscles are twitching/pulsating in affected area. it gives a sensation as if i am loosing strength. It becomes normal after few seconds.
not much change in blackish color spot.
* My Blood pressure is on higer side:135/95. Pulses : 95-100. Never taken any medicine for that. High blood pressure in parents.
Should i continue taking medicine ?

I want to draw Dr.Sharma's attention to the fact that all that the patient is suffering from started with that accident. So Arnica Montana (potentised and orally) should be the first remedy to start the treatment with. Since the accident took place a few years back. Potency of the suggested remedy should be 200 or above.
