Pain

My mother age 76 years has been suffering from acute pain in hips, knee, ankle particularly in joints with swelling from several years. When winter comes it attacks severely even unable get up from bed. She has also problem of urinary incontinence. Kindly someone suggest remedies.

any blood test ??
CBC ESR
RA AFCTOR

USG of UTERUS ???

please get it done
