8 year old with vitiligo

A close friend’s son has vitiligo. He is 8 years old and it started on his lips, now it’s on his leg and three fingers. We’re very worried because doctors have been unable to help. Please guide us as to what treatment we should start with.

Pls have no worry; no one knows you. Which doctors? How long have you been treating the child and from whom- allopathy or Homeo? Do you remember names of any homeo medicine that the child took?

Ok 2 month's (vitix gel) with sun expouse 10 min a day, 2 month later (elidel), one month (elica ointment), now back to (elidel) for 2 months. That’s all. All this is not working.
