cracking sound in knees
Dear All,I am facing problem of both knee. cracking sound and weakness.
also upper back pain below neck.
please guide me for homeopathic or Ayurvedic treatment.

No injury
Cracking sound in knee but no pain
Dull pain in upper back below neck but not in neck
By pressing or resting make me feel better.
