She seems to be doing well, but some aggravations seem to have come up. I am assuring her it is part of the healing process. She is not grumpy as much since taking kali phos. She doesn't sleep s early because of anxiety and sleeps in still.

last night I ruminated on self-deprecating thoughts, ranging from "I'm useless," to "My existence hurts the people I love most. I felt I could do nothing right, and was better off separate from those I care about. It was an extremely lonely episode. I cried a lot. I haven't felt depression like that in a very long time. I felt guilty for the person I am.
Another episode there were bursts of anxiety. I mostly wondered if people were upset with me, and felt the need to walk on eggshells around my husband. I constantly wonder if my husband is upset with me. This feeling comes and goes.
Today I feel better. I said to my husband that depression/anxiety feels mostly like a passenger in a car I'm driving. It's there, and I feel it, but it's not overwhelming me right now.
pseast 2 months agoHi Anuj,
She still seems to be sleeping in whereas she used to get up early.
The anxiety has become more mild. She has the anxiety in the evening and that tends to keep her from sleeping.
The anxiety is more generalized and she says she is more aware that it is there versus being absorbed by it.
She is not depressed at this point and is also still able to be motivated. Has been developing a direction.
She stopped taking the Kali Phos last week and she is not grumpy anymore. Should she continue taking it?
Thanks so much,

♥ anuj srivastava 2 months agoHi Anuj,
She took KP for 1 week and has now stopped for 1 week as well.
Seems to be doing well.
She said last night that low grade anxiety and depression affect her in the evening.
She now likes to watch tV shows to distract herself those times.
Should she take more KP?
