Dr Reva, acute case of spleen.
Hello Dr Reva,Last year in march, in my case of acute spleen, you advised Phosphorus and Arsenic 30.
In case it ever happens again, is it the same scenario to follow?
What dosage/frequency?
My left bunion has started hurting again 3 days ago.nothing like last time but there's some pain.

Yes, it is safe to repeat the same protocol again for pain in the bunion, left or right.
Please follow the dosage as previously suggested. Day 1 to Phos and Day 2 to Ars. is a gentle start. You can increase or decrease the dosage based on the benefit.

I think I kind of know what causes this. I'm not sure but this is a possible cause.
Last year when it happened, I took anti-diarrheal pills (Imodium) and a few days later, I développed pain in joints.
This weekend, I did the stupidity to take Imodium again, and the pain started again...
Could there be a link with Imodium and inflammation/tiredness of spleen? Or maybe the fact to block diarrhea, which causes a problem in spleen, or in joints?

Yesterday I anticipated things a bit before getting your answer..
Took Phosphorus 30c one dose and Arsenix 30c on the same day 4 hours later ( this is what you advised last time).
Today I took Phosphorus 30c one dose.
Tomorrow i will take Arsenic 30c one dose.
I had to take allopathic antiinflammatory today, the pain was increasing and the hospital doctor called me back and said not to take any chance and take both allopathic and homeopathic drugs.

I have taken one dose of phosphorus, then yesterday arsenic, then today phosphorus.
Explosive diarrhea yesterday (4-5 times), very very foul smelling, kilos and liters came out the first time and the smell was horrible.
Today, still tummy weirdness, overall fatigue.
Anal herpes (type 1) also erupted yesterday with itching.
Foot is stable and better, I'm also taking allopathic anti inflammatory once a day as per doctor's advice, and harpagophytum mother tincture for inflammation. Is the second one okay or should i stop it?

I do not know if it suits you but I manage my symptoms with severe diet restrictions
Almost nothing raw, cold or cooked oily a little raw oil is OK. Mostly bananas and apples, vegies
steamed or soup. No animal protein except a tiny bit of bone broth after stools form. The idea is not to stress the spleen until we can get a real cure. Good luck. Ellie

During the whole attack, you eat no rice/wheat and animal protein at all?

Don't you lose weight when you follow this diet?

Dr Reva, my health is deteriorating.
Just in case you didnt know, before you advised Arsenic and Phosphorus, I was on z weekly dose of Psorinum 200c and Cuprum Aceticum 30c every three day one dose.
Diarrhea is still there, although a less explosive.
Extreme tiredness from head to toes, extremely cold. Aversion to light and people and cold weather.
Aversion to food at evening.
My gums started bleeding a lot while on Psorinum. Dentist checked it today and put me on antibiotics, he says gums are inflamed and there's infection in gums. Gums are also receding according to him, despite little plaque. He does not understans why.
Head is heavy.
Took antiinflammatory for three days, stopped today, and the foot is starting to hurt again, i can feel the swelling coming.
Weakness of legs.
Fear of death and never being healthy since this morning. Feel like crying. All other young people of my age are fine, except me.
Extreme sleepiness everywhere i sit. That has been going on for years. I have an appointement in february with a neurologist to diagnose Narcolepsy. Be it cinema, train, bus or work, I fall asleep despite sleeping 8 hours every night.

I understand that you are not healthy as others for the last one year. The symptoms you have listed seems new. Have you reported these symptoms to Dr.Tui? What is his recommendation.
I responded to this thread as a temp. measure for your repeat in spleen pain that you had before.
Cold after diarrhea is expected as a result of weakness and there are good protocols to promptly recover you from both Dr. Tui and your allopathic doctor.

A lot of change and improvement since last week but vivid dreams and extreme sleepiness are still there.
Czn you advise someone else who is a good homeopath here? Dr Tui seems inactive for the last three weeks, and I don't know when he will be back..

Digestive issues resolved by themselves.
In the beginning of the week, stiffness and a little pain again in left bunion.
Took a dose of Phosphorus and felt better the next day.
The pain comes and go. From July to December, there was no pain at all and it started again in January.
The fleeting quality of the pain continues. When the left bunion hurts, the right knee is fine, when there's a little sensation in the right knee (not pain but slight discomfort), the left bunion starts hurting.
The orthopedic surgeon says that on the left foot, I have a genetic condition called "hallux rigidus" which prevents completely me from bending the left foot thumb. I can't bend it, at all. On top of that, he believes I had reactive arthritis on the same spot, which worsened things. He believes it's better to do surgery on the left foot to relieve hallux ridigus.
I thought you should know about this.
The vivid dreams continue.
Last night's dream was : a monster is destroying some place with fire and a lot of chaos. I was there too witnessing everything. As soon as I hear the police coming, I run away, running very fast going towards a bus.
These are more or less the kind of dreams I see, some very very stupid and tiring dreams.
Also, around 3-7 in the afternoon, I feel sleepy, yawn a lot and if conditions are there, I fall asleep despite sleeping 6-8 hours at night depending on the days.

Please take Sarasaparilla 12c, once in the morning and repeat based on the response.
(I do not suggest surgery as the secondary complications may end up worse than the purpose you had it). Food and life style is much more powerful to help body to recover from any conditions, including the genetic ones. India, 50 years ago had a legacy for food and lifestyle standards to help achieve it. Other countries must had such a legacy (foods, including fruits and vegetables, grown with petroleum fertilizer and insecticide are counter nature). Finding them and following it as much as possible is a better path.

Okay, what do you mean by based on the response? Stop it if better, or continue if better?
Also, thz surgery is not for reactive arthritis, it's for the problem on the bunion called hallux rigidus. Can this problem (not able to bend the foot's thumb) get better on its own with food or homeopathy?

if It becomes better and then there is a sign of reversal then repeat

I continue taking it until there's improvement, then I stop, and if symptoms start again, I start it again?
Is it prescribed for the foot pain or for the dreams?

A sharp pain today in the left foot's bunion, same spot.
Yesterday, for the first time ever, i had acupuncture with a professional doctor.and the pain started after the session (next day).
Could it be linked?
The area is red and is starting to swell. I can still walk but it's painful.
Right now, i took a dose of Phosphorus 30c and going to bed. Hope to see your advice in the morning.
I'm very scared.
