Mold and toxic chemical exposure

I have been extremely sick for 6 years. I recently found out it was due to exposure to toxic mold at the fire station I work at and toxic exposures while fighting fires. Symptoms include light sensitivity, headaches, body aches, brain fog, severe fatigue.

What can I take to detox these from my body?

Thank you
Tom

Hi Tom,

This is a tricky subject. You have to be very careful
How you go about this. You need experienced,
Expert help on this and it is not something that can be prescribed
For on this forum.

First, I would order the book, “Organotherapy,
Drainage, and Detoxification by Dr Joe Rozencwajg.
He is a very well known Md, and homeopath in
NZ. He will work with people online in some cases-
But he is expensive.

What he says , is that you cannot detox until
The eliminatory organs are built up strong.
Because the body has intelligence it stores
The chemicals in the safest places, like fat tissue
Etc, because the eliminatory organs have to be strong
Enough to process the release- instead of breaking
Down from the release.

There are a lot of products, and people out there
Now(in USA) especially , who say that their
Advice or products will help- but they are ignorant.

You can look up integrative medicine md’s
Who have experience here, but really do
Your research and check reviews and results.
