Hi,
One takes cell salts based on matching with symptoms.
They are not vitamins or supplements. The salts
Are the minerals that are in our cells. They balance
Out the cell levels when a person has symptoms.
Sometimes a person needs them for weeks,
But it can be just days. When conditions cure
Or are improved, you stop.. otherwise you will
Get imbalance, and have symptoms related to overdosing .
As for taking calcium supplements.. I suggest you
Instead google food high in calcium. Your body knows what to do with food. With supplements the body starts to store
ANY excess calcium in joints( creating nodules)
And in your arteries creating blockages.
