My wife related

40year old female
Recently her heartbeat increase and mensuration problem dr advise for T3,T4,and TSH testing
Result is T3 2.57
T4 92.71 and TSH 5.77 nmol/L
She is suffering from
Obesity
Muscles weakness
Heat not tolerate
Heart palpitations 2time
Heavy sweating in head hair
Lethargy
Disturbing sleep patterns
Problem in respiration
Mood changes
Irritable
Nervousness
Change in bowel movement
Dry skin
ECG and other test are normal
So please advise me I believe in Homeopath till no treatment taken

Till no medicine start homeo or allopathic
BMI 35
Weight 85kg length 1600cm
Testing Result come on 3/04/2019
Her mood is depression, irritable,
Two child female child 20year and Male child 11 year old
She like rest no mood for routine work
No interest in any think fill herself doll no interest in any thing
Please guide
