If you ask best results then LMs would be better than 6c and even better than 30c. But they may not be as powerful as other higher potencies of C Scale. LMs may be a bit inconsistent compared to C scale. They may work for well some and not for some others unlike C.

Thank you

I find I seem to have better results from 6c. I had to take arnica 30c for post op recovery but after a few days I was getting really bad toothache whereas before it did help my toothache - so maybe I proved the remedy.

So where does 6x potencies lie -are they safe to take every day i.e. tissue salts

Are you the same person as ideal56?

If you are the same person, I think you have your answer already. If 6c worked well for you compared to LMs then that's the answer you are looking for. In homeopathy responses are unique to a person and what is true of you may not be true of others.

Arnica not helping with toothache is not a proving. Proving is when a remedy plants new symptoms that is in it's symptom profile but not in the patient already, and either due to overdose or due to susceptibility in the patient this has happened. Arnica 30c may not be suffice to manage post-op pain and related symptoms. 200c may be required.

6x are less than 6c meaning they are less penetrative and are less powerful than 6c, 30c and LMs. However some people may find 6x helping them better than other strong potencies. That does not mean 6x are more powerful or effective than other potencies.
