I decided to start tracking my supper to see if this had an effect on how I felt the following morning
Day 9. Woke up feeling better today in the lower back. Night before I ate curried chickpeas in a deep fried dough
Day 10. Woke up with low back pain. Night before I ate chicken potatoes and peas
Day 11. Woke up with shoulder pain and bad neck pain? Bad sleep? Ate chicken with vegetables and potatoes
Day 12. Woke up with intense back pain ate shrimp with rice and vegetables the night before.
Day 13. Woke up very bad back pain ate chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Energy low and not in a good mood
Day 14. Woke up not feeling any better in anything worse. Ate shrimp with rice and vegetables
Day 15. Woke up feeling bad again ate beef and some chicken with potatoes.
