This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It looks like candida (Genital candidiasis) to me but you should go check with a doctor.

No itch, no other health problems. No taking medicine, I seen it two days not so long. It just started two days ago. Please solve my problem sir special request, it's very bad smell

Hear not good treatment I alwys recommend abc homepathy it's very helpful but today I am very upset about this no body respond good medicine, that's why I post it so please any doctor suggest me medicine

You may take Thuja 200 single dose only in the morning
5drops+200ml water
Shake 250ml bottle 12 times straightly up and down and very fast. Every time when down, the bottle should be hit on hand or on your pillow.
Take only 2 spoons (20ml) from it
* Only single dose in the morning. Then stop
* You should avoid Onion and Garlic all time
Report after 2 days

No need to be upset. If prescriber does not know what he or she is dealing with ( in your case, it could be candida or it could be condyloma acuminatum or it could be something serious. And it's impossible to give diagnosis through online), then it is going to be just throwing one remedy after another, hoping something will work.
If you have candida, and you don't treat it early then your chance of getting Urethritis is going to be high.
And you will have more symptoms later on if untreated.
That's why I suggested you to find out what is. Once you know what you have, then you can choose whether to go with allopathy or homeopathy.

It seems the problem is about to go.
1. Any smell?

I just clen it two time with water, but just smell little bit or little bit itch. Please suggest me doctor

It is not expected not having any updates after taking any remedy. It is common in this forum that, when there is any aggregation is seen, advice followers report but when there is any positive change or cure, they don't report. Though this forum is volunteer. This discourages really.

And prescribers who stop answering posts , if
Their prescriptions are not having results.
I have had to notify patients many times that
Their prescriber apparently has left, or their
Prescriber says to report but really never does
A second prescription.
Try to become neutral about it.
