Please suggest good madicine for related peins my 3 problem
Hello Dr.I am 26 years old, male. weight 58kg . I masturbated from early age at 20 years. I did masturbation However since last 2 years,I masturbate very less once in a week, 2-3 times in a month or sometime .
1) My peins Not remain harder for 5-6 mints .I feel weakness after discharge. Also facing Premature ejaculation
2) My peins also bend in lower direction not straight .Facing problem of peins body bend even when its full tit.I observed. its normally peins straight and uppar side when its full hard .
3) Facing night fall 2 3 times in weaks . some time during urine discharge some spermic liquid before starting of urine.
I have Sexual dreams some times. Watching porns in early age but now i avoid this .
I feel low confidence . digestion Problem some times .
Please suggest me some good reliable medicine for cure from these problem.
