Did you give Nat Sulph 30?

I did not give her Nat Sulph because the stores are not open due to Corona.
She had allergic reaction to eating mushrooms, I gave her an antihistamine but it is not gone completely.
Left wrist only, no swelling, no numbness, pain upon moving the wrist but sometimes pain depending how she places her wrist. Generally pain upon moving it or using her hand .

If you have Ruta 6
give 3pills 3times a day or if in liquid form, 2drops with 3spoons water 3times a day. And update next day.

I don’t have ruta 6 but I have ruta 30
Can I give her that? How many times?

She wasn’t feeling well that day. After giving her the first dose of ruta 6ch, her condition became worse that she almost passed out. I had to antidote ruta by giving her coffee then I
After an hour she felt better.
She is having seasonal allergies ... her face and forehead is bumpy and itchy. Her left foot has tiny pimples and top part of foot of it swollen.
I have given her an antihistamine and applied cocon oil which helped with itching.
Anything else I can do?
I can’t give her homeopathic remedies as she reacts to them.
Please help.

I gave her Ruta 6ch that I found at home.
She takes her allopathic remedy for the tumor on Monday nights and then feels a bit fatigued and low in energy for a few days.
I gave her Ruta 6CH a night after the allopathic remedy. Within 10 minutes she was very low in energy that she could barely keep her head up and dizzy. She could not even walk around and her face was pale from lack of energy. I gave her some coffee to antidote it and she started to feel energetic and was talking normally.
Yesterday was a sunny day here so we stayed out in the sun for 4-5 hours, she is allergic to pollen. By the evening, she had hives on her face and a bit on her feet. Her face was itchy but she was resisting the itch. SWe applied ice but no help. We applied coconut oil and it helped with the itching for a 10 minutes.
By the way, for her wrist, we did some exercises and now it is slowly getting better.
I am very worried about her health. Even now, she is feeling tired as her period is approaching.
Please guide us.

Ruta was perfect for her tumour and wrist pain also. She have gotten an aggravation.
As she is fine with alopathic medicine for her tumour, go with that. If you want to help her only for itching, give her a dose of Nat Sulph 30: 3pills in half cup water. Dissolve and give her only 1spoon in the morning in empty stomach.
She may also having problem with alopathic medicine for tumour. Observe carefully. Nat Sulph can also subside the problem from her tumour.
After giving Nat Sulph 30, update.

She feels weak a 1-2 days before period and the first two days of her period.
I do not have Nat SUlph 30ch, can I give her Nat Sulph 6x? How many doses?
I had given her two doses of Nat Sulph 6x before and her face was aggravated. Should I give it to her again?

Actually her condition seems complicated as she is under alopathic medication for her tumour. And she is very sensitive. Could you please list down her all present complaints?

Hives on her faces and tiny pimple on one of her feet (right). The hives get worse from sunlight.
Face skin is itchy but she does not itch it.
Nose tip is red from a skin rash.

Give her Nat Mur 6x
2tablets 3times a day after meal
Let me know the change after 3doses or if any change is noticed after 1st dose. If her eyelids are swollen, inform me.
