Hi,

None of your symptoms listed are about vaginal infection.

Most of the articles about echinacea say it is safe
To take during pregnancy- however, it depends
On the kind you are taking. Tinctures have alcohol
In them ( not ok) capsules etc you want to know who makes
It, if it is organic, made by a reputable company
Because other harmful chemicals could be in it.

You should ask your obgyn about taking it and
To also diagnose the vaginal infection to see
What it really is and the cause.

You could have got a follow up advice after you developed ear infection post this medicine. Often a new symptom is a pointer towards the next medicine to take.

Echinacea externally can be applied for fungal like infection. Already simone has answered about in-take of medicine. From a holistic consideration there may be a better similar medicine covering the current symptom profile.
