Not able to digest food properly,sticky stools
1)cant digest lactose2)cant digest wheat,gluten
3)low appetite.
Main problem is stools are fouls smelling and unformed everytime.
In childhood,parents had given many antibiotics as suffered from Malaria Thrice,and Dengue and whenever fever came in childhood parents gave me paracetemol and antibiotics,which destroyed good bacterias from GUT.
So i am now 26 yrs ,Male,now no fever but facing unformed stools,foul smelling ,stomach irritated everytime.
After waking in morning,feels everytime tired,not fresh.....
ONLY SOLUTION I WANT HOW TO INCREASE MY DIGESTIVE ENZYMES AND SECRETION OF FOOD,so my stools are formed well good..
PLEASE HELP if possible
